Each step is intended to help you gain new perspectives about yourself and to learn the real relationship skills that are necessary to function successfully in today's world of diversity and inclusion. Class modules focus on bridging spiritual wisdom with secular knowledge so you become the best of who you were created to be. All class modules emphasize a learning process that develops a "re-training" mindset as opposed to rote memorization of past learned social behaviors and actions. The objective of T4R Digital University is encouraging more human compassion intertwined with enlightened cognitive skills.

Training 4 Reigning Enterprises was originally founded in 1995 as Jewels For Jesus Ministry. The ministry was dissolved in 2006 and rebirthed as Training For Reigning INC, an INClusive organization serving as both an outreach ministry and a non-profit agency certified by the Texas Secretary of State. In 2018, the name was changed to it's

In 2018, the name was changed to it's current name, Training 4 Reigning Enterprises, to more accurately reflect its 4 fold mission and purpose. The mission of T4R is to create programs and services that offer: 1) hope through spiritual guidance and coaching 2) spiritual life skills mentoring 3) cognitive strategies and educational information and 4) mindfulness training techniques centered on re-thinking one's mental capabilities in order to live a more enlightened and fulfilling life. Through workshops, conferences and social media, T4R combines spiritual principles with social behavior theories to help those wanting to take back the "reins" of their lives, or just wanting to learn how to live a better and more successful life.

Pastor Johnie is an ordained minister, College professor, television talk show host and producer, mindset trainer, author, researcher, thought leader, mother and grandmother whose life mission and God-anointed calling is to "serve others." She is an Edu~preneur (a term she invented denoting a bridge between an educator and an entrepreneur
Pastor Johnie is an ordained minister, College professor, television talk show host and producer, mindset trainer, author, researcher, thought leader, mother and grandmother whose life mission and God-anointed calling is to "serve others." She is an Edu~preneur (a term she invented denoting a bridge between an educator and an entrepreneur) and a spiritual formation mentor and life coach.
Pastor Johnie has over 50 years experience as an ordained Methodist minister, College and University professor and public school educator and administrator. She served as lead pastor in a historically African American denominational church for 26 years and worked as both a College and University Sociology professor and public school educator since 1971.
Growing up in the small town of Texarkana, Texas, and being the oldest of 7 children, she felt a calling to "serve others" at an early age. She preached what she considers her "first sermon behind a pulpit" at the age of 13. Since girls were not encouraged to go into ministry at that time she pursued a college career in the field of Social Science, which allowed her to continue in her calling of service to others. As God opened up the door of clergy ordination for women in her church's denomination, she was among the pioneering women who were ordained and appointed to pastoral ministry, thereby allowing her to serve in both her vocation and her avocation.
Pastor Johnie is equally as passionate about encouraging women in ministry to become bold and step out into their God-given pastoral calling in the male dominated world of ordained ministry.
About Us
Pastor Johnie is an outspoken advocate for racial reconciliation. Her workbook, M.E.R.C.Y., was developed as a guide to lead clergy and pastoral leaders into structured dialogue designed to bridge social practices with spiritual truths and promote a more compassionate attitude and cultural understanding among those of us who must inhabit this world together.
Pastor Johnie is the former host of "Higher Living Ministry" on Radio Station KGGR in Dallas, Texas. She has written numerous pamphlets, study guides and workbooks for schools, women's groups and church groups. She is the former host and producer of the streaming television show, "Retrain Your Thinking with Pastor Johnie" on the Zondratv Network and the current host of "Think About That! with Pastor Johnie" on the Daily Gospel Network. She is author of the soon to be released e-book, "Retrain Your Thinking: Change Your Thinking and Change Your World" which will soon be available for purchase on Amazon.com.
Pastor Johnie considers herself truly blessed to be the mother of 4 highly successful adult children. She feels especially favored to have ten grandchildren, nine of whom are college aged and have either attended college, are in college or have college degrees. .
